A friendly, supportive business environment where help, advice and assistance is on hand if and when you need it.
City Business Park is a business ‘village’ set in landscaped grounds with its own Conservation Garden, ideal for that oasis of calm. The centre provides both furnished and unfurnished offices, storage units and workshops to suit a single person right up to suites suitable for 10 to 15 employees or beyond. With conference facilities, interview and meeting rooms and a large training suite, Reception and an on site café we can cover all your needs.
The centre is made up of three linked buildings
Park Link
Our newest building which comprises 15 prestigious office suites, with a range of sizes, central heating and some with air conditioning, perfect for the company who requires an upmarket image. There is a communal patio with a pond and water feature for ideal for relaxing.
The Computer Complex
This building was converted at the end of the 1980's when computer technology was just taking off hence the name. It contains a mixture of small and larger offices some of which have their own separate entrances leading to personal parking spaces.
Enterprise House
This converted factory now houses over 100 business units from offices, storage and workshops. With a complete range of shapes and sizes to suit all needs.
Ideal for business start-ups with low overheads.
Tenancies are a ‘Tenancy at Will’ on an Easy in/Easy out basis; this means at minimum you can provide just one week’s notice to vacate.
Reception
The reception service is available from 8:30am to 5pm to meet and greet your customers on arrival, and deal with any day-to-day queries.
Parking
There is ample parking on site. Visitors receive 2 hours free in the allocated visitor spaces outside reception. Tenants are allocated a permit for the main car park; one permit is allocated for each 150sq ft occupied. Our main car park is pay and display for visitors that are here for longer than 2 hours; with a reasonable tariff.
Business Rates and Service Charges
Business Rates & Service Charges are included within the monthly rent; they are not additional to the advertised price.
Conference and Training Facilities
Whether you need a room for an interview, a meeting or a training suite, we have a range of facilities to suit from 2 to 40 people. We have a 10 person IT training suite with internet facilities. These rooms can be hired by the hour and we can provide refreshments, catering and business admin facilities. Discounted rates apply for tenants.
Application
Just complete a simple form and pay your fully refundable deposit; subject to terms. There are no legal fees or charges.
VAT To help small businesses our rent is VAT exempt.
Café
The onsite café provides teas and coffees along with sandwiches and cooked lunches daily. Catering for meetings and conferences can be arranged.
