Plymouth City Council is highly experienced in operating Managed Workspace and has been doing so for more than 25 years.
This page lists some of the services we provide for all of our tenants. Businesses who are part of the Plymouth Business Constellation are part of a team of people dedicated to helping your business to succeed.

Meeting Rooms
Both of our managed workspaces have a range of rooms available for a variety of meetings; from small interview rooms to conference rooms, and even a training suite for up to 40 people.
Rooms are booked by the hour, some rooms require a minimum booking period, and tea, coffee and water can be provided for a small charge.

Reception
The reception service is available at City Business Park and The Business Centre, our managed workspace premises. The reception service is provided to meet and greet your customers on arrival and deal with any day-to-day queries.

Admin services
When you're really busy, let us help. For £5 per hour we can provide additional support with your typing, filing, admin support or even credit control. Great for planned or ad hoc occasions. |

Business advice and support
Even the best need a helping hand sometimes, whether it be formal referrals to Business Link or a friendly chat over a coffee we're here to help.
We work with Business Link South West as part of our Business Advice and Support. Referrals can be made upon request or advised when it is considered the best course of action. Please find a link below to upcoming events with Business Link South West.

Photocopying
Our Multi functional devices provide black and white and colour photocopying, scanning, stapling and even a booklet maker. We will provide you with a code and even show you how to use it! |

Our fax service means that we can take care of sending your faxes for you. When you get one in return, we will let you know. |
