The Offices:
The Business Centre comprises of 22 self contained offices ranging from 14-54sq m. Some offices have balconies and the top floor roof terrace garden has superb views over the City Centre and Hoe. The reception is located at the front of the modern building, and offers a full range of administrative support. All offices have natural light and under floor heating.

Rent-a-Desks:
We have 10 desks at the Business Centre where you share a floor with like-minded businesses and fellow entrepreneurs. It is a superb opportunity for new businesses, a great alternative to working from home and far cheaper than conventional offices.

Desks are just £140 + VAT a month and include 2 hours admin support per week, reception service, telephone and internet, and the use of the roof terrace garden and kitchen facilities.

Meeting and Interview Rooms
We have a smart, affordable meeting room which seats 12 and has:

• Wi-Fi
• whiteboard
• DVD player/TV 
• coffee and tea service

We have a Cafe which is open to the community and is great for informal meetings.

There is also a tenants’ kitchen.

Tenancies are a ‘Tenancy at Will’ on an Easy in/Easy out basis; this means at minimum you can provide just one week’s notice to vacate.

The Centre is open to the public from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and open for tenants from 7:30am to 10pm. Weekend access is for tenants only from 8:30am to 5pm.

Reception & Telephone Service
There is a reception service for tenants and this is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The whole building is on a networked phone system, which means if you are out of the office or busy you can divert your phone to reception or your mobile phone. The system is programmable so that when the receptionist answers the phone, we can answer in the name of your company. 

Parking
A green travel policy is in place due to the small car park at the site. Parking permits are available at Reception. There are preferential rates for tenants and annual parking.

Business Rates
Business rates are additional to the advertised rent. Some companies may be eligible for small business rate relief.

Application
Just complete a simple form and pay your fully refundable deposit; subject to terms. There are no legal fees or charges.
